A new service or procurement request is created and logged into the system. This is the starting point of every ProSys case.
Who handles: Staff / PO, Service owner.
Must contain: Clear business title, Description, Business justification, Initial estimation (if available), Proper labels (phase, cohort, etc.).
Exit condition: Move to QUOTES when ready to collect quotations.

Một yêu cầu dịch vụ / mua sắm mới được tạo và đưa vào hệ thống. Đây là điểm bắt đầu của mọi case trong ProSys.
Ai xử lý: Staff / PO, Owner của dịch vụ. Phải có: Tên task rõ nghĩa, Mô tả, Lý do nghiệp vụ, Labels đúng chuẩn. Khi nào chuyển tiếp: Chuyển sang QUOTES khi bắt đầu đi lấy báo giá.
